About cash cards

Way of viewing cash card

5 Branch name The branch name is required for transactions such as fund transfer. Seven Bank uses the name of flowers as its branch name.
6 Customer ID The customer ID is number required for verifying the identity of the customer upon using Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Telephone Banking. Please note that this is different from the account number.
7 Confirmation number The confirmation number is a number that is required for conducting transactions and making changes via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Telephone Banking.
The combination of two numbers in the box below "あ" ("A" in hiragana) to "こ" ("Ko" in hiragana) of the table is the confirmation number. A combination of numbers is designated for each transaction.

Cash card PIN

Seven Bank uses the temporary PIN system.

Seven Bank automatically sets the temporary PIN, and notifies the customer with a "Notice of Temporary PIN code" postcard.
The customer must change the temporary PIN to his/her unique PIN with the one of the following methods before using the cash card.

* Customers may not make withdrawals or conduct other transactions prescribed by Seven Bank with a temporary PIN.

* The PIN of an agent card can only be set with a Seven Bank ATM.

The customer's cash card and temporary PIN are required for the PIN setting procedures. Please have them ready.

(1) Insert cash card

(1) Access the Seven Bank homepage from Internet Banking/Mobile Banking

(1) Call the Telephone Center (0088-21-1189)

(2) Select "Change PIN code"

* Please enter the "Temporary PIN code" in the "Current PIN code" column on the ATM screen.

(2) Enter information according to the guidance of the automated voice message

Please carry out the procedures according to the guidance on the screen or the automated voice message.

If the cash card PIN and temporary PIN are lost or expired, Seven Bank will re-send the "Notice of Temporary PIN code" postcard after the customer takes the "Temporary PIN code Re-issueopen new window" procedures.

* Please note that transactions such as withdrawals with ATMs and Internet Banking will become unavailable simultaneously with the re-issue of the temporary PIN. Customers are required to change the temporary PIN to his/her unique PIN in order to use the foregoing services.

NOTE

As the PIN, customers may not register the current PIN (temporary PIN), 4-digit number of the same number ("0000," "9999," etc.), date of birth (four-digits of month, day and year) and notified telephone number.

Please avoid using your license plate number or other numbers that may be easily guessed by others.

Seven Bank will not accept any inquiries concerning the PIN.

Please make sure to keep the "customer ID," "confirmation number" and "PIN" strictly confidential. If it is suspected that any of these are known to others, please contact the Telephone Center. In this case, Seven Bank will immediately suspend withdrawals with your card and transactions via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking.
