| Eligible Persons | Limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions: (1) a customer who holds a Seven Bank Account; (2) a customer who is the age of 18 or elder at the time of application for an International Money Transfer Service Agreement; and (3) a customer who has satisfied the Bank's prescribed examination standards and whose application for an International Money Transfer Service Agreement has been approved. |
| Service Description | Service of transferring funds (Japanese Yen) to an individual staying outside of Japan (a receiver satisfying the Bank's prescribed examination standards and registered in advance) in a foreign currency designated by the customer. *This Service will not handle any transfer to any legal entities or any transfer from overseas to Japan. |
| Purposes of Money Transfer | Limited to purposes prescribed by the Bank. *The Bank will not process transactions intended for the payment of import bills (payment for the purchase of goods or services) and intended for commercial purposes. *The Bank will not process any transaction subject to prior permission, authorization, approval, notification, registration, etc. under the "Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act" and restrictions where the Bank is required to confirm the completion of such procedures at the time of the transaction. |
| Limits on the Transferred Amount | (1) Per transaction, per day, per month (from the first day to the last day of a month):500 thousand Yen Per year (from January 1 to December 31):3 million Yen (2) For transfers to certain Payout Countries, smaller limits than those of (1) above may be established. |

| Restriction on Transactions | (1) The Bank will process transactions within its prescribed restriction on transactions, including restrictions on Purposes of Money Transfer, Limits on the Transferred Amount and restrictions on Payout Countries, Payout Currencies and number of registered receivers. (2) Alliance Partner or Payment Center may establish various restrictions on the payment of money transfers, etc. other than those of (1) above. Money transfers accepted by the Bank will be paid within such restrictions. (3) The foregoing restrictions may be established or changed without any prior notice. |
| Charges | ![]() *For money transfer through a Seven Bank ATM, the ATM Service (Withdrawal) Fee will also be charged in addition to the Send Charge, depending on the time of day (such ATM Service (Withdrawal) Fee will be described as "ATM fee for off-hours use" on the ATM screen and on the transaction statement (receipt) issued at the time when money is sent in the International Money Transfer Service). *The exchange rates that Seven Bank uses for currency conversion for the International Money Transfer Service include Seven Bank margins. |
| Sending Method | (1) A customer (sender) needs to conclude an International Money Transfer Service Agreement with the Bank in advance by registering the Bank's prescribed items relating to himself/herself and receiver(s). (2) Money transfer request shall be processed only when made according to any of the following methods:
*Money transfer request will not be handled at any service counter of the Bank's head office or branch offices. *A customer may register up to six receivers. *Agent cards cannot be used for requesting money transfer. *Transaction details, including a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) and a test question and the answer to it (which will be issued only for money transfers to certain payout countries), shall be kept with care, since these are necessary for a receiver to receive payment. |
| Receiving Method | (1) Money transfer can be received only at a Payment Center located in the Payout Country designated by the customer and only within business hours of a business day of such a Payment Center. (2) As a general rule, payment to a receiver will be made in cash in the Payout Currency. (3) As a general rule, the Amount to be Received will be the amount calculated by converting transfer funds paid in Japanese Yen to the Payout Currency with the Bank's prescribed foreign exchange rate as at the time that the money transfer is accepted. *To receive payment, a receiver needs to present transaction details, including a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) (and a test question and the answer to it in certain Payout Countries), and to take certain procedures, including the presentation and provision of documents and information as prescribed by the Payment Center. *In certain Payout Countries, a transaction may be paid out in other conditions than those confirmed by the customer upon his/her request for such transaction due to reasons such as (1) currency conversion made to the Payout Currency with the Bank's prescribed exchange rate as at the time of payment or other point of time, (2) taxes and/or fees imposed upon payment of the money transfer, etc. *Separate transactions, such as crediting to the receiver's bank account and conversion into a currency other than the Payout Currency (including conversion of small denominations of the Payout Currency into another currency), may be required for receipt. |
| Cancellation of Money Transfer | (1) The Bank will handle cancellation by a customer only if the payment to the receiver has not been completed. (2) As a general rule, money transfers that are not received within the 30-day period starting from the date that such money transfer request is accepted will be cancelled by the Bank promptly without any prior notice, (3) In addition to the foregoing, when there occurs any of the prescribed events, the Bank may cancel its accepted money transfer without any prior notice. (4) As a general rule, if a money transfer has been cancelled, only the transfer funds will be refunded to the customer's Seven Bank Account (ordinary deposit) *In any of the cases (1) to (3) above, as a general rule, the send charge and other fees and various charges, among transfer funds and other moneys paid by the customer, will not be refunded. Such refund may take at least four business days from the date of cancellation. *The execution of cancellation of (2) above will not be notified to the customer. |
| Change to Money Transfer | The Bank will not process any customer requests for change to money transfer request. *If a customer needs to change money transfer request, the customer needs to once cancel such request, register the receiver as necessary, and newly make a request in conditions reflecting such change. |
| Termination and Suspension of Service, etc. | When there occurs any of the prescribed events, the Bank may, without any prior notice: terminate International Money Transfer Service Agreement; suspend the use of this Service; or cancel the registration of all or a part of the registered receivers. |
