Please periodically change your cash card PIN and logon password
You can change your cash card PIN with a Seven Bank ATM, Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Telephone Banking, and you can change your logon password via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Telephone Banking. In order to prevent unauthorized transactions, please periodically change your PIN and logon password.
- As the PIN, customers may not register the current PIN, 4-digit number of the same number ("0000," "9999," etc.), date of birth (four-digits of month, day and year) and notified telephone number.
- As the logon password, you cannot register your date of birth (combination of western calendar year/Japanese calendar year, month and day), notified telephone number, or same number (999999 or the like). Please avoid using a combination of numbers that can easily be guessed by others.
- Seven Bank will not accept any inquiries concerning the PIN and logon password.
- Please keep your PIN and logon password strictly confidential.
- Seven Bank will never ask customers for their PIN and logon password.
Please use the Notification Email Service
Seven Bank will notify the customer's transaction details of ATMs and Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Telephone Banking to the email address registered by the customer.
If you have not yet registered your email address, please do so with the "Register for Service" of Internet Banking/Mobile Banking.
Certain notification emails require pre-setting for receiving the notification email.
In order to set the reception/discontinuation of notification emails, please do so from the "Setting for receiving notification emails" of the "Others" menu of Internet Banking/Mobile Banking.

The withdrawal limit per day for withdrawals and fund transfers with ATMs is as per the "Initial default limit" of the following table.
You can personally change this limit with the "Range of individual settings" of the following table using a Seven Bank ATM and via Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Telephone Banking.
With a Seven Bank ATM, the limit can be decreased, but not increased.

Case cards of former IY Bank
The ATM withdrawal limit is only set for "magnetic stripe transactions". Thus, transactions with a Seven Bank ATM will also be a magnetic stripe transaction.
*The withdrawal limit does not include the ATM Service Fee and the Transfer Charge.
*The initial default limit of an agent card is the same amount as the foregoing table.
The total withdrawal limit of an agent card and a principal card shall be within 2 million Yen for withdrawals and within 10 million Yen for fund transfers.
When the agent card is issued, if the withdrawal limit of the principal card exceeds 1.5 million Yen for withdrawals and 8 million Yen for fund transfers, please note that the withdrawal limit of the principal card will be automatically decreased.
CHECK
If you only plan to use a Seven Bank IC cash card at a Seven Bank ATM, you can achieve higher security and safety by setting the "magnetic stripe transaction" to 0 Yen.
