[Important] Precautions Concerning Cash Card PIN and Logon Password

In order to ensure secure access to your account at Seven Bank, the transactions available in your account may be restricted after a certain time period has elapsed, if a number or password that can be easily guessed by others is registered for your "Cash Card PIN" and for your "Logon Password" (which is used to ensure secure access to Direct Banking Service) and when that number corresponds to specific conditions prescribed by Seven Bank.

If your registered "Cash Card PIN" and "Logon Password" correspond to the following conditions, please change the number combination for security reasons.

  • The transactions available in your account may be restricted after a certain time period has elapsed when the number combination corresponds to the following conditions.

    When part of your birthdate matches the number combination
  • 2.
    When part of your registered telephone (home, mobile or employer telephone number) matches the number combination

Logon Password

  • 1.
    When part of your birthdate is included in the number combination
  • 2.
    When part of your registered telephone (home, mobile or employer telephone number) is included in the number combination
  • 3.
    When your account number is used
  • 4.
    When no letters are used (when only numbers are used)

You can use a Seven Bank ATM or logon to "Direct Banking Service" and access "Customer Service" to complete the procedure for changing your "Cash Card PIN."

In addition, you can logon to "Direct Banking Service" and access "Customer Service" to complete the procedure for changing your "Logon Password."
