*1 Seven Bank ATMs cannot be used from 0:30 to 5:30 on the day following the third Sunday of each month due to system maintenance. The operating hours of ATMs in certain stores including Ito-Yokado stores are different from those of the other Seven Bank ATMs. If a store where a Seven Bank ATM is installed is not open on a 24-hour basis, you will not be able to use the ATM when the store is closed, irrespective of the operating hours of the ATM. The Internet banking and mobile banking cannot be used from around 23:30 on the third Sunday of each month to around 5:30 of the next day due to system maintenance.Money transferred can be received only during the business hours of the payment center.
*2 There may be an additional charge for use of an ATM (withdrawal) depending on the time of day. In certain countries, stamp tax and other taxes are subtracted from the amount transferred when it is withdrawn. There may be additional charges for additional transactions between the receiver and the receiving location. The receiver will be responsible for the additional transactions, and Seven Bank will not pay any charges or assume any responsibility regardless of the reasons for transactions.

*4 Money will be able to be received only at receiving locations affiliated with Western Union. Money will not be able to be received at receiving locations in countries other than the country designated by customers. In principle, even if the receiving location is a bank, money cannot be transferred to receivers" bank accounts except in certain countries including China. In certain countries, separate transactions, such as a transfer to receivers" bank accounts, will be required. Money transfer to be accepted by Seven Bank will be subject to restraints of trade prescribed by Western Union and receiving locations. The payment will be made only within the scope of the restraints. For this reason, money to be received by Seven Bank may not be able to be withdrawn at all or some of the receiving locations in a country. *5 Money may not be able to be withdrawn in a few minutes because of the confirmation of transactions under laws and regulations or other reasons.Money transferred can be received only during the business hours of the payment center.
*6 Inquiries about countries where money can be received and currencies that can be received (sent) will be accepted at the Seven Bank Telephone Center.
* You can apply for an international money transfer service agreement at a manned store of Seven Bank but cannot transfer money from there.

◇The Seven Bank international money transfer service will be offered by Seven Bank and will not be provided by Western Union on its own. Western Union will support Seven Bank as a business partner in withdrawals at receiving locations. Neither Western Union nor receiving locations will be a party to the transactions.
◇In principle, the services and transactions of Seven Bank will be described in Japanese. For the convenience of customers, other languages are also used. However, the use of other languages will be limited, and if there is any difference between the meanings of Japanese and other languages, the Japanese meaning will take precedence.
