Send Charge｜ International Money Transfer Service ｜ Seven Bank

Different send charges will be charged for different amounts to be transferred. Please refer to the table below. Send charges with the funds transferred will be taken from your Seven Bank account when the money transfer is accepted.

*1 When you transfer money through a Seven Bank ATM, there will be a charge for using the ATM (withdrawing money) depending on the time of day. The charge will be deducted from your Seven Bank account when the money transfer is accepted. There may be additional charges for separate transactions between the receiver and the receiving location. The receiver will be responsible for the separate transactions, and Seven Bank will not assume any responsibility or pay any charges irrespective of the reason.
*2 In principle, the receiver will receive the foreign currency specified by the customer that will be converted from yen received when the money transfer is accepted at an exchange rate determined by Seven Bank. The exchange rate will include a margin set by Seven Bank.And, in addition to the Send charge, profits relating to the currency conversion will be partially distributed to Western Union.
* You can apply for an international money transfer service agreement at a manned store of Seven Bank but cannot transfer money from there.

◇The Seven Bank international money transfer service will be offered by Seven Bank and will not be provided by Western Union on its own. Western Union will support Seven Bank as a business partner in withdrawals at receiving locations. Neither Western Union nor receiving locations will be a party to the transactions.
◇In principle, the services and transactions of Seven Bank will be described in Japanese. For the convenience of customers, other languages are also used. However, the use of other languages will be limited, and if there is any difference between the meanings of Japanese and other languages, the Japanese meaning will take precedence.
