Loan Services: Application (New or Additional Limit) Procedure

The Loan Service application is only available via the Direct Banking Service.

  • We encourage you to use the loan service deliberately with monthly repayments in mind.

  • Recently, we have been receiving an increasing number of identity verification documents in an unacceptable state from applicants for the Loan Service.

If you use your health insurance card or passport as your identity verification document, and your address is indicated on the side or page that is different from the one on which your name and date of birth are indicated, make sure to upload an image of the side or page showing your address as well. Ways to Apply (New or Additional Limit)

Customers who make an initial application for our loan service can choose one borrowing limit from among the three options: 100,000 yen, 300,000 yen and 500,000 yen.
If you already use our loan service, you can apply for an increase from your current limit to 300,000 yen or 500,000 yen.

Logon to the Direct Banking Service, and apply (new or additional limit) from the "Card Loan" menu.

  • Customers without Seven Bank account must receive their cash card first before using this service. Give yourself plenty of time when applying for an account, because it may take between 1 to 2 weeks.

  • We accept applications for an increase to 300,000 yen or 500,000 yen from customers with at least two months of transaction records from the initial borrowing.

If You Do Not Have a Seven Bank Account

Step.1Enter Personal InformationDetail

After confirming and agreeing to the terms and conditions, enter your personal information and select the borrowing limit. There are 3 types of borrowing limits that are available: 100,000, 300,000 or 500,000 Yen.

  • To apply for the Loan Service, you are required to upload an image of your identity verification document.
    Please make sure to upload an image(s) of all of the page(s) which indicate your name, address and date of birth.

The application (new or additional limit) is screened by Seven Bank and the guarantee company Acom Co., Ltd.

  • The borrowing limit may be less than the requested amount, or the application may not be accepted, based on the application screening result.

Step.2Notice of screening resultsDetail

Logon to the Direct Banking Service, and select the "Card Loan" menu. Confirm the application screening result and conclude the service agreement.

  • Note that your Loan Service application may not be accepted depending on the screening result.

Step.3Notice of completion of agreement procedureDetail

We will notify you of the completion of the agreement procedure by email to your registered address.

After receiving our notice, you will be able to use the Loan Service.

  • The application (new or additional limit) is screened by Seven Bank and the guarantee company Acom Co., Ltd.
    Note that your Loan Service application may not be accepted depending on the screening result.
  • Service is only available to customers who meet all of the following conditions.
    • (1)Seven Bank account holders (Individual) (Including customers who have applied for an account with Loan Service)
    • (2)The customer is at least 20 years old and less than 70 years old at the time of the agreement.
    • (3)The customer who meets certain screening standards is eligible to receive a guarantee from the guarantee company (Acom Co., Ltd.) designated by Seven Bank.
    • (4)If the customer is a foreign national, having the status of permanent resident in Japan

  • Screening Time
  • The agreement term is 1 year (Until the last day of the month after 1 year from the agreement date). In addition, an automatic renewal is carried out based on the Loan Service Terms and Conditions (New borrowing is not possible on the 1st of the following month after a customer turns 71 years old).
  • If the guarantee company Acom Co., Ltd. repays the debt to Seven Bank instead of the customer due to circumstances in which repayment continues to be past due, Acom Co., Ltd. will become the customer's service counter for transactions thereafter.
