Notice on System Maintenance

Thank you for always banking with Seven Bank.
As part of our continued efforts to improve our services to serve you better, please be advised that we will be performing system maintenance scheduled as follows.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We encourage customers to make necessary transactions ahead of the scheduled maintenance.
Thank you for your patience and kind understanding.

  1. Scheduled System Maintenance

    July 15, 2018 (Sunday) 11:50 P.M. ~ July 16, 2018 (Monday) 2 P.M.

    • * System maintenance hours may extend.
  2. Services and transactions during system maintenance:
    • (1)Seven Bank Account Banking Transactions

      All transactions will be temporarily unavailable except the use of Debit service.

      • * Example of banking services that will be temporarily inaccessible
        Savings deposit, savings withdrawal, domestic transfers, balance inquiry, overseas remittance, card loan, time deposit, opening an account and other procedures.
        (Seven Bank ATM, Direct Banking Service and transactions at other affiliated ATMs will be temporarily unavailable)
    • (2)Transactions when using affiliated financial institutions/banks

      Cash cards of affiliated financial institutions will be available to use as usual at Seven Bank ATM.

      • (This system maintenance will not affect such transactions)
