- You must enter correctly the name, address and date of birth as indicated on your Identification documents.

- You must enter the information of the same person as the account holder.
- You must not entered the exact same information in your First, Middle, Last name.
- You must enter the First, Middle and Last name correctly as indicated on your Identification document.

you have entered or it does not meet our company's terms of conditions.

- The relationship with the receiver must be correct. (Common mistakes, 『Cases where the relationship is the card owner
but the name is different』,『Cases where the relationship is other but the name is the same as the card owner.』)

- If you select other, the details must be entered correctly.
(Common mistakes are cases where someone else's money, sales, details other than the funding source have been entered)

- You must not enter details about commercial or investment purposes, remittance of other people's funds and anything
other than remittance purposes.

We cannot proceed with the opening of account because the identification documents (ID) that you have provided does not meet our company's terms of conditions.

- You must enter the correct information (There is no mistakes in spelling or notation)
- For japanese citizen, You must not enter alphabet name on the Kanji name field.

Identification documents |
- Requirements such as Name・Address・Date of Birth・Expiration date・Issuer's seal and My number (when applying for remittance service) must be complete. (Currently
valid)
- If there is an expiration date, it must be within the expiration date. (For residence certificate, it must be within 6 months of issuance )
- Must have a period of stay of at least 3 months.
- Identification documents must be complete and no missing uploads.
- The details of the uploaded Identification documents must be clearly readable.
- The entire uploaded Identification documents must be shown. (Not cut off)
* Especially in the case of the Residence certificate, Please make sure that the entire image is clear.
- Complete requirements for verification, such as certificate of employment, company ID with your full name, name of employer and other details (if entry in Japan is less than 6 months).
