Eligible Customers:
All customers residing in Japan, who send money to the Philippines at least once by Seven Bank International Money Transfer Service*2 via Western Union during the promotion period will be automatically entered into the raffle draw.

Selection of Winner
The winners will be selected by random draw.
Winning Notification
Notification to the winners will be made within thirty (30) days after the raffle draw. The bank transfer payment of the cash prize to winners will constitute a notification of the result of draw.
Cashback method*3
The Cashback Prize will be deposited into the winners' savings account of Seven Bank within thirty (30) days after the raffle draw.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to be an Eligible Customer and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Applicants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Seven Bank, Ltd. (the “Promoter”).
3. Entry to the raffle is open to residents in Japan aged eighteen (18) years or above who satisfy the entry requirements outlined in clause 5 below (“Eligible Customers”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Seven Global Remit, Ltd., Western Union Japan K.K, and service providers, marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. This Promotion starts on November 21, 2022 (Monday) at 00:00 (Japan Time) and ends on January 31st, 2023 (Tuesday) at 23:59 (Japan Time) (“Promotion Period”).
5. All Eligible Customers, who send money to the Philippines by Seven Bank via Western Union during the Promotion Period (excluding transactions sent using SEVEN BANK Philippine Money Transfer Service with BDO Unibank), will be automatically entered into the prize draw (“Qualifying Transaction”).
6. Each Qualifying Transaction must be made separately and in accordance with these terms and conditions. Regardless of the number of entries, an Eligible Customer can only win once in the Promotion Period.
7. The prize draw will take place after the Promotion Period ends. There will be one hundred twenty (120) winners that will be selected in total.
8. The Cashback Prize will be deposited into the winners' savings account of Seven Bank within thirty (30) days after the raffle draw. It cannot be deposited to into the winners' savings account of other bank or another person’s bank account. Money transfer will be made under the name of Seven Bank.
9. The Eligible Customers’ bank accounts must be valid and active (not closed or terminated) to be eligible for participation during and after the Promotion Period to qualify for the Cashback. If during the Promotion Period and Fulfilment Period, the Eligible Customers close their bank accounts for any reason, his/her participation in the Promotion becomes null and void with immediate effect.
10. After confirming winner’s bank account information, the Cashback Prize will be deposited into the bank account within thirty (30) days after the raffle draw. Winners may be notified by phone, mail, SMS, or e-mail from the Promoter.
11. After the raffle draw, if the prize can not be deposited into the bank account for any reason, the relevant winner will be deemed forfeited any prize without compensation, and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw for a replacement winner.
12. The winner(s) shall be responsible for any tax implications arising for winning the prize.
13. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties or failures, unauthorized intervention or fraud, vandalism, power failure, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate to give effect so far as reasonably possible to the original intent of this Promotion.
14. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agents associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by anyone (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect loss, consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or any prize provided as part of this Promotion.
15. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such PI to regulatory authorities. Winning is conditional on providing this PI. A request to access, update or correct any PI should be directed to the Promoter.
16. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing materials or collateral produced in relation to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
17. If there is any contradiction between Japanese version and English version, then the Japanese version shall take precedence.
