Mobile Banking Service and Issuance of Family Cards to Be Discontinued
1. Discontinuance of the Mobile Banking Service
As of Sunday, March 21, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., we will discontinue our Mobile Banking Service (the service for conventional mobile phones and feature phones).
Along with the discontinuance of the Mobile Banking Service, the website for mobile phones will also be discontinued.
We hereby express our appreciation to our customers for their past continued use of our Mobile Banking Service and apologize to them for the discontinuance of the service.
The services that have been available via mobile phones will continue to be available via PCs and smartphones.
2. Discontinuance of the issuance of family cards
As of Friday, March 19, 2021, we will discontinue the issuance of family cards.
