  • *1 In addition, there may be other conditions, such as those covering the frequency of payment or currencies to be paid in terms of payment types and transaction value, as well as laws and regulations in countries where money is received. If you have any questions about the conditions set by Western Union or receiving locations, call the Western Union Call Center at 0034-800-400-733.
  • *2 In principle, money sent through the Seven Bank International money transfer service will be received at a receiving location affiliated with Western Union in cash in a foreign currency specified by the customer.
  • *3 Money will be able to be received only at receiving locations affiliated with Western Union. Money will not be able to be received at receiving locations in countries other than the country designated by customers. If the customer needs to designate a state and city when designating the payout country, money may not be able to be received at receiving locations in states and cities other than the state and city designated by the customer or an adjacent state and city. In principle, even if the receiving location is a bank, money cannot be transferred to receivers' bank accounts except in certain countries such as China. The payment will be made only within the scope of the restraints. For this reason, money to be received by Seven Bank may not be able to be withdrawn at all or some of the receiving locations in a country.
  • *4 A separate transaction such as the transfer to receivers' deposit accounts and the translation into another currency (including the translation of currencies with a small unit into another currency) may be required to receive the money. In some countries, the currency may be paid after it is translated into another predetermined currency at the predetermined foreign exchange rate at the time of payment or at some other point in time. At certain receiving locations, the receiver will be able to receive currencies other than the currency designated by the customer or forms other than cash through separate transactions between the receiver and the receiving location. In this case, the receiver will be responsible for the separate transactions. Seven Bank will not be responsible for any expenses or losses incurred by the receiver regardless of reasons for transactions.
  • *5 Seven Bank will not be responsible for the locations, operating hours, currencies handled, and other services or the quality of the services of receiving locations. Seven Bank will not be liable for any incorrect payment, nonpayment, underpayment, or late payment attributable to Western Union or its affiliated receiving locations. However, if Seven Bank and Western Union confirm after investigations based on customers' inquiries that an incorrect payment or nonpayment is attributable to Western Union or receiving locations, Seven Bank will take action that it will consider appropriate, such as cancelling the money transfer or correcting payment, taking customer preferences into account.
  • * You can apply for an international money transfer service agreement at a manned store of Seven Bank but cannot transfer money from there.
  • ◇The Seven Bank international money transfer service will be offered by Seven Bank and will not be provided by Western Union on its own. Western Union will support Seven Bank as a business partner in withdrawals at receiving locations. Neither Western Union nor receiving locations will be a party to the transactions.
  • ◇In principle, the services and transactions of Seven Bank will be described in Japanese. For the convenience of customers, other languages are also used. However, the use of other languages will be limited, and if there is any difference between the meanings of Japanese and other languages, the Japanese meaning will take precedence.
