Accounts which will have not been in use for two years or more from the last transaction (deposit/withdrawal), except in the following cases:
- -the balance is 10,000 yen or more (including time deposits); or
- -the account is covered by a loan service agreement; or
- -the account is covered by a debit card service agreement.
- ＊Interest payments and withdrawals of the unused account management fee will not be regarded as use of the account.

When your account becomes subject to the withdrawal of the unused account management fee, we will notify you in advance by:
- (i)sending an email to your email address registered with us; or
- (ii)sending a postcard to your address registered with us.
If you do not use your account within a certain period after our prior notification, we will withdraw 1,320 yen as the unused account management fee (annual amount; tax included) from your account.

If the balance of an unused account is less than the amount of the unused account management fee, the entire amount of balance will be appropriated for the unused account management fee. We will terminate an unused account if the balance of the account is zero.
- ＊We will not return the unused account management fee. The account once terminated will no longer be available for use.
