Online Transactions (Direct Banking Service)
You can conduct transactions online (Direct Banking Service) using your personal computer or smartphone.
- *Please note that feature phones cannot be used for online transactions.
To ensure safety in conducting transactions via the Direct Banking Service, we ask our customers to perform authentication using the International Money Transfer App.
Before using the Direct Banking Service (English version), please download the International Money Transfer App and configure the settings to use the app.
- *To use the Japanese version of the Direct Banking Service, you need to configure the settings to use the My Seven Bank App.

How to perform authentication when conducting transactions via the Direct Banking Service
You can use the Direct Banking Service both with a personal computer and a smartphone.
Even when you use a computer, you need to have your smartphone ready at hand to perform the app authentication required for logging on to the Direct Banking Service.
