After the Great East Japan Earthquake in March 2011, we dispatched mobile ATM vehicles to regions where considerable time was required to resume ATM businesses.
From October 2015 to March 2016, we regularly dispatched mobile ATM vehicles to Katsurao Village, Fukushima Prefecture, which is designated as an evacuation zone due to the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Accident, to support the reconstruction of the region.
Donations can be made at Seven Bank ATMs to support disaster victims in the event of emergencies such as large-scale disasters.
In cooperation with Seven & i Holdings, we continue to support the lives of disaster victims and assist in the reconstruction of disaster-afflicted areas.

We provide a service where customers can make donations to organizations addressing social issues at Seven Bank ATMs.
The service was born out of the idea that we could help connect people and society by utilizing familiar Seven Bank ATMs as donation boxes. In addition to donating to five permanent organizations, customers can also make donations in the event of a large-scale disaster. Through this service, we will contribute to a prosperous society and the future of the earth together with our customers.

To realize a wide variety of services accessible to anyone, anywhere, we provide a voice guidance service at all Seven Bank ATMs to help visually impaired customers use our ATMs. By following the voice prompts from the built-in intercom and pressing the buttons, a visually impaired customer can make a withdrawal or deposit, check their balances, and top up an e-money card. To ensure even those who are unfamiliar with the operation can use it with confidence, we provide detailed voice guidance on how to operate our ATMs. We have also security and privacy measures in place, including never displaying account balances on the ATM screen when in use.

Since 2010, Seven Bank has sponsored Radio Charity Musicthon, a charity campaign organized by Nippon Broadcasting System for installing audible traffic signals so that people with visual impairments can cross streets with peace of mind.

We have joined the Vision Consortium, established by The Mainichi Newspapers Co.,Ltd in January 2025, as a corporate member.
The Vision Consortium is a non-profit that aims to realize an inclusive society by connecting companies, organizations, media, and experts involved with visually impaired people. By sharing knowledge about visual impairments and providing experiences of the blind and visually impaired worlds, we are taking on the challenge of contributing to diversity, equity and inclusion in society and expanding the possibilities of visually impaired people.
We are committed to helping resolve social issues surrounding visually impaired people by working together on various fronts.
Through a classroom education program called SENSEI Yononakagaku, provided by ARROWS Inc., we provide elementary school students with financial education materials, which are used in about 300 schools.
Furthermore, as there have been increasing instances of minors being involved in illegal account trading, we are collaborating with the police to elevate awareness by sending Seven Bank employees to junior high and high schools.
Since 2005, Seven Bank has sponsored Guardian of the Forest Bonolon, a magazine-type picture book produced by Tetsuo Hara that sparks communication and connection between parents and their children. As a company, we resonate with the book's mission of providing illustrated stories for reading aloud. We distribute free books at 7-Eleven stores across Japan every three months, making it easy for children, their parents and grandparents to obtain a copy. Seven Bank will continue supporting the magazine's production.
Since July 2011, we have been issuing cash cards designed Bonolon to customers who wish when they apply for Seven Bank accounts.
Based on the number of Bonolon cards that are isuuered,we publish Bonolon picture books and donate special edition Bonolon picture books to facilities that provide children services.
