Temporary suspension of acceptance of requests for redelivery of cash cards which have been returned due to the expiration of the storage period at the post office
(applicable only to cash cards sent by Japan Post's ID confirmation delivery service)
With regard to cash cards which we sent to customers who opened accounts online and wished for their cash cards to be sent by Japan Post's ID confirmation delivery service, we will temporarily suspend acceptance of requests for redelivery of cash cards which have not been received by the addressees and have been returned to us due to the expiration of the storage period at the post office. The period of temporary suspension is indicated below.
If you wish for your cash card to be redelivered, please make a request as soon as possible.

■How to request redelivery of your cash card
If you failed to receive your cash card sent by ID confirmation delivery service within the storage period at the post office, you can request redelivery by the following process.
- We will send an email to you at your registered email address to inform you of the failure of delivery of your cash card.
- Please access the URL written in the email and make a request for redelivery by the time limit.
