[Important] Discontinuance of acceptance of applications for Paper Statement Mailing Service

As of Sunday, October 17, 2021, we will discontinue the acceptance of applications for the Paper Statement Mailing Service.

  • If you currently use this service, you will continue to be able to use the service from Monday, October 18, 2021, onward.
  • We will accept applications for this service made by customers upon making applications for opening a Seven Bank account by mail if they send the application form to us by Wednesday, November 17, 2021.

You can make an inquiry using the Direct Banking Service (Online Passbook) or the My Seven Bank App to check your transactions conducted within three months prior to the date of inquiry.

You can also check your monthly account statement for the past 15 months via the Direct Banking Service.

  • A monthly account statement (PDF file) for each month is prepared around the 10th day of the next month.
  • Account statements cannot be checked on smartphones that cannot display PDF files.
