Notice of Unavailability of Seven Bank Account Services due to System Maintenance

Thank you for your continued support for Seven Bank.
Due to system maintenance, some of our products and services will be unavailable during the following times.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Planned system maintenance

  • (1)From 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2024, to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024 (national holiday) (tentative)
  • (2)From 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2024, to 12.00 noon on Monday, July 15, 2024 (national holiday) (tentative)
  • (3)From 11:50 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2024, to 12.00 noon on Monday, July 15, 2024 (national holiday) (tentative)
  • System maintenance may be cancelled or extended. Extension will be announced on our website.

2. Products and services temporarily unavailable during maintenance

  • (1)Services to be suspended during the period from 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2024, to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024 (national holiday) (tentative)
    • (i)Domestic money transfer from Seven Bank accounts
      Domestic money transfer via the Direct Banking Service or Seven Bank ATMs will be unavailable.
    • (ii)Online payment service
      The online payment service upon payment to securities accounts or forex accounts or purchase of products in online shopping will be unavailable.
    • (iii) Seven Bank International Money Transfer App
      All functions of the Seven Bank International Money Transfer App (including SEVEN BANK Philippine Money Transfer Service with BDO Unibank) will be unavailable.
  • (2)Services to be suspended during the period from 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2024, to 12.00 noon on Monday, July 15, 2024 (national holiday) (tentative)
    • (i)Real time money transfer service
      Various types of money transfer services provided by the user companies will be unavailable.
  • (3)Services to be suspended during the period from 11:50 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2024, to 12.00 noon on Monday, July 15, 2024 (national holiday) (tentative)
    • (i)Transactions in Seven Bank accounts via Seven Bank ATMs
      The following transactions in Seven Bank accounts will be unavailable.
      • -Deposit and withdrawal, balance inquiries, transactions involving time deposits, change of PIN, change of limit, etc.
      • -Loan service, and submission of annual income information upon applying for an increase of the borrowing limit for the Loan Service via the Mynaportal Information Linkage Service
      • -Transactions for international money transfer
      • -Transactions for donations via ATM
      • -Change of address, extension of period of stay, change of registered information, etc. using the ATM Madoguchi Service
    • (ii)Transactions in Seven Bank accounts using ATMs of other banks that accept Seven Bank cash cards
      Transactions such as deposit and withdrawal, balance inquiries, and money transfer will be unavailable.

    • (iii)Direct Banking Service
      • -Balance inquiries and account statements, customer services, applications for opening an account or for the Loan Service, International Money Transfer Service, Monthly Auto-Deposit Service, etc.
        All transactions via the Direct Banking Service will be unavailable.
    • (iv)Notification email service
      Notification emails will not be sent during the maintenance work hours.
      Notification emails initially planned to be sent during the maintenance work hours will be sent in sequence after the completion of the work.
    • (v)Online account transfer application service
      The procedure to register for account transfer via websites of companies receiving payment will be unavailable.
    • (vi)Account Linking Service
      For a link with a household account book app, the balance and statement of accounts will not be updated.
      For the service of a payment service provider, you will not be able to register your account or charge to your account.
    • (vii)Seven Bank Money Transfer App
      The App will not accept log-ins.
      The following transactions will be unavailable.
      • -Applications for the Loan Service, Shopping Investment Korekabu service, app authentication function
      • -Applications to open an account using the smartphone app
        • The acceptance of applications to open an account using the smartphone app is suspended due to system maintenance during the period from 12:00 midnight on the second Sunday of each month to 6:00 a.m. on the next day. In July, suspension will take place from 11:50 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, to 12:00 noon on the next day.
      • -Service for obtaining certificates at convenience stores
        • If you have applied for this service and received a QR code for printing beforehand, you can print out a certificate using a multifunction copier installed at a 7-Eleven store.
