Discontinuance of Acceptance of Family Cards
We will discontinue accepting family cards as of June 26, 2025.
It will no longer be possible to use family cards from June 27, 2025, onward.
Accordingly, from May 26, 2025, onward, we will not reissue family cards even if applications are filed via the Direct Banking Service.
If you have any inquiries about your family card, please contact the Contact Center.
We hereby express our appreciation to our customers for their past continued use of family cards and apologize to them for the discontinuance of the acceptance of the cards.
- ＊When you finish using your family card, please dispose of the card after cutting the IC chip and magnetic strip on the card using scissors.
- ＊You can continue to use your cash card (account holder).
