Unavailability of Money Transfers to Other Banks due to System Maintenance during Year-End and New Year Holidays
Thank you for your continued support for Seven Bank.
Due to system maintenance, some of our money transfer services will be unavailable during the following times.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1. Planned system maintenance
From 2:30 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2024, to 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2025 (tentative)
- ＊System maintenance may be extended. Any extension will be announced on our website.
2. Money transfer services temporarily suspended during maintenance.

Instant transfers to other financial institutions (via ATMs, Direct Banking Service, My Seven Bank App) |
During maintenance, instant transfers to other financial institutions will be unavailable. Transfer requests will be accepted but the amounts transferred will be credited to the accounts at other financial institutions after maintenance, from 9:00 a.m., Monday, January 6, 2025 (tentative), and thereafter. Transfers between Seven Bank accounts will be available as usual. |
| Instant deposits from other financial institutions | Instant deposits to Seven Bank accounts from other financial institutions will be unavailable. For transfers requested by designating the dates during the maintenance period, the amounts transferred will be credited after maintenance, from 9:00 a.m., Monday, January 6, 2025 (tentative), and thereafter. |
3. Cautions
- -Instant transfers to other financial institutions and instant deposits from other financial institutions requested during the maintenance period will be processed after maintenance, from January 6, 2025, and thereafter, and it may take more time than usual to complete the procedure.
Please be careful if you intend to use the transfer services during the year end and new year holidays. - -Other services will be available as usual.
