Unavailability of Seven Bank Account Services due to System Maintenance

Thank you for your continued use of Seven Bank.
Due to system maintenance, some of our products and services will be unavailable during the following time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. System maintenance schedule

From 11:30 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026, to 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 (tentative)

2. Products and services temporarily unavailable during maintenance

ATM transactions and the debit card function will be available as usual.

Temporarily unavailable services
Direct Banking Service The Direct Banking Service will not accept log-ons, and the following transactions will be unavailable: balance inquiries and account statements, money transfers(*), customer services, applications for the Loan Service, etc., applications for automatic payment service, online payment service, and general inquiries.
  • Money transfers will be accepted via the My Seven Bank App.
My Seven Bank App (for smartphones) The app will be unavailable for logging on to the Direct Banking Service or applying for the Loan Service.
  • You will be able to log on to the app and check account statements.
Seven Bank International Money Transfer App All functions of the app will be unavailable.
Account opening The method of opening an account by mail (applicable only to people aged under 15 years) will be unavailable.
  • Accounts can be opened via the My Seven Bank App, ATMs, and the website.
Account Linking Service You will not be able to register your account for a household account book app or with a payment service provider.
