[Important] Seven Bank Account Usage Restrictions

In order to ensure secure access to your account at Seven Bank, some transactions will be restricted when your "Cash Card PIN" or the "Logon Password" used to logon to Direct Banking Service is a number or combination that corresponds to specific conditions prescribed by Seven Bank, such as a combination that can be easily guessed by others. (Take effect on: Monday, April 20, 2015)

When your "Cash Card PIN" or your "Logon Password" is a number or combination that corresponds to one of the following conditions, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the procedure using the link "Click here if one of the conditions applies" to change your "Cash Card PIN" or your "Logon Password" (Some transactions will not be available until the change is performed).

  • Service is immediately available after changing your changing PIN.

■How to Change Your PIN

【ATM】

Insert your Seven Bank cash card into the ATM, and follow the procedure under "Change PIN."

【Direct Banking Service】

Logon to the Direct Banking Service, and go to "Customer Service" and follow the procedure under "Change PIN."

For customers with a Logon Password that applies, the page to change your Logon Password will be displayed right after logging on for the first time starting Monday, April 20, 2015.
To continue to ensure secure Direct Banking Service, please change your Logon Password to a combination that cannot be easily guessed by others using both numbers and letters.

■Previous (Before April 19, 2015) Change Procedure

Logon to the Direct Banking Service, and go to "Customer Service" and follow the procedure under "Change Logon Password."

  • If the change is completed in advance before Monday, April 20, 2015, the page to change your Logon Password will not be displayed after logging on.
