In executing the card loan agreement with Seven Bank Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) based on the “Loan Service Terms and Conditions” and the guarantee arrangement agreement with Acom Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Guarantee Company”) based on the “Contract on Arrangement of Loan Service Guarantee,” the customer consents to the collection, retention, use, provision and disclosure of personal credit information being handled under necessary protective measures concerning personal information and in accordance with the following provisions (hereinafter referred to as this “Consent”). －	Article 6 (Acquisition of Individual-Related Information from Third Party) The Guarantee Company will acquire individual-related information as personal data from a third party and handle it as follows. 1. Acquisition of telephone access logs The Guarantee Company will acquire the customer's telephone access logs (meaning logs of the customer's access to fixed-line telephones nationwide and mobile phones, which contain the date of survey, the status of access, and the telephone numbers in the case of relocation) as the customer's personal data from a service provider, and use it in order to provide credit and to preserve, manage, change and exercise rights after such provision of credit.
