Revision of Certificate Issuance Fees and Partial Suspension of Regular Issuance of Balance Certificates due to Launch of Certificate Receipt Service at Convenience Stores
About Certificate Receipt Service at Convenience Store
This service allows customers to access to transaction statements (savings deposit) and balance certificates (savings deposit, time deposit, and card loan), which can be received at multi-copy machines installed at Seven-Eleven stores nationwide on the same day at the earliest by applying in advance via 7BK App.
Revision of Certificate Issuance Fees and Partial Suspension of Regular Issuance of Balance Certificates
For transactions applied before September 30, 2024, the revised fees will apply if the transaction takes place on or after October 1, 2024.

From October 2024, we will partially suspend Regular Issuance of Balance Certificates service for Individual Customers.
The service will be sent out for the last time for September 2024. For the issuance of balance certificates after that period, please kindly use Certificate Receipt Service at Convenience Store.
