[To Customers Who Have Not Registered for J/Secure] Notice of Mandatory Registration

Thank you for your continued use of Seven Bank.

With the importance of security in online payment growing recently, we recommend our customers to register for and use J/Secure (identity authentication service) so that they can use our Debit Card Service more securely.
J/Secure User Registration, which is currently optional, will become mandatory in July 2026 and thereafter. We will register our non-registered customers for J-Secure in due order.

＊As we will carry out the registration process, you do not need to take any action for registration.
＊Customers applying for our Debit Card Service on or after July 22, 2026, will be registered for J/Secure in due order.

J/Secure is a service for authenticating the identity of customers by having them enter a one-time password (a password that is valid only once) or their registered password as necessary when they use JCB cards for shopping online at J/Secure Member Stores, and using their additional information (e.g., information on the devices they use) in the course of authentication.

＊One-time password authentication will be performed for customers to be registered through the procedure conducted by Seven Bank.

For your registration for J/Secure, we need your email address and phone number to be registered with us. Make sure that your registered personal information is up to date. Please note that if you have not registered your personal information, or if your registered personal information is not updated, you may not be able to use J/Secure properly.
