For safer and more convenient use of your Seven Bank account, please use our Notification Email Service.
What is Notification Email Service?
This service will send notifications to your registered email address in relation to your transactions conducted via an ATM or the Direct Banking Service.
Notifications concerning matters that need to be confirmed with you, such as important transactions and security measures, will be sent as "Notifications that you must receive."
For notifications concerning announcements from the Bank and transactions via the Direct Banking Service, you can optionally change the receive options settings.
Please log on to the Direct Banking Service and select "Customer Service" to change the settings.
Notifications that can be optionally enabled or disabled are indicated in the "List of Notification Emails."
