How to apply (For smartphone version)

  • *The registration process is the same on both desktop and mobile version.
  • Start by logging onto Direct Banking Service.

  • Check the agree box if you agree with the terms and conditions. Then, select "To the service page".

Monthly Auto-Deposit Service is available only to customers who use "Loan Service" or "International Money Transfer Service.
After the agreement is done, the usage guide will be displayed once you access this page.

  • Select "新規申込" (Register) button and enter your personal information.

  • *Email address can be changed via Direct Banking Service. From the "Customer Service" tab, select "Register/Change Email Address".

After you have registered, an email from "Monthly Auto-Deposit" Service will be sent from the following domain.

  • Enter the amount to be debited monthly. Then select "金額確認へ" (To amount confirmation) button.

  • *Amount to be withdrawn must be more than 10,000 Yen but not less than 100,000 Yen (by unit of 1Yen).
  • Select the bank you prefer for auto-debit.

  • Verify the bank account information then select "次" (Next) button.

  • *Please check one more time if the account holder's name of the selected bank is correct.
  • *This is a sample page if you select Japan Post Bank.
    Note that depending on the bank you select, the fields and items to be input may differ and the page may not be properly displayed.
  • Read the contents then select "金融機関へ" (To bank/financial institution) button.

  • *Customer Number is automatically numbered.

By continuing, you will leave this page and redirected to the processing page of the selected bank/financial instituion.

  • *Sample of processing page on Japan Post Bank. Processing screen differs with every bank/financial institution.
  • The "Application completed" page will be displayed once the processing at other bank is duly completed.
    Please make sure that the page is successfully displayed.
