Notice of Revision of Allowable Maximum Transfer Limit under Direct Banking Service

Thank you for your continuing use of the Seven Bank.

Online banking fraud has been occurring frequently these days, and we have also been involved in incidents such as where images stored on our computers were stolen through illegal access, or someone who pretended to be our employee defrauded our customers of their authentication data over the phone.

In view of such circumstances, as of November 19, 2018, we will revise the allowable maximum transfer limit (per day) under the Direct Banking Service for customers who have not registered for the Smartphone Authentication Service, from 10 million yen to 1 million yen.

Accordingly, the transfer limits set for customers who have not registered for the Smartphone Authentication Service will be reduced to 1 million yen if the transfer limits currently applicable to them are 1,010,000 yen or more.
If you wish to transfer 1,010,000 yen or more via the Direct Banking Service, please register for the Smartphone Authentication Service.

We apologize for the inconvenience and would like to ask you to understand that this revision is necessary to protect the money you deposit with us.
