Important Notice

Various procedures will be available via new Seven Bank ATMs

The Service using new ATMs (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) will be launched on September 26, 2023.
The Service will be provided by taking advantage of the authentication function installed in Seven Bank ATMs (fourth generation).
The procedures covered by the Service are opening an account, changing customer information, and extending the period of stay.

  • 1. Opening an account

    【 Eligible customers 】

    • -Customers who are individuals and who do not have a Seven Bank account (limited to those with Japanese nationality and aged 15 or over)
    • -Customers who reside at the address indicated in their identification document

    【 Items required 】

    • - Identification document (limited to driver’s license or individual number card)
  • 2. Changing customer information

    【 Eligible customers 】

    • -Customers who have a Seven Bank account (irrespective of nationality or age)
    • -Customers who reside at the address indicated in their identification document

    【 Items required 】

    • - Identification document
      (any of the following : driver’s license, individual number card, residence card, and special permanent resident certificate)
    • -Seven Bank Cash Card

    【 Information that can be changed via ATMs 】

    • -Address
    • -Telephone number (mobile/fixed)
    • -Occupation
    • -Purpose of transaction
    • - Email address
    • -Workplace information
    • You cannot change your registered name via an ATM. Please contact us if you wish to change your name.
  • 3. Submitting a residence card (to extend the period of stay registered with us)

    【 Eligible customers 】

    • -Customers who have a Seven Bank account (with foreign nationality)

    【 Items required 】

    • -Identification document
      (residence card or special permanent resident certificate (with the period of stay extended))
    • -Seven Bank Cash Card
    • You cannot change your registered nationality via an ATM. Please contact us if you wish to change your nationality.

< Procedural steps >

  • 1.Select “Open Account/Change Information” from among “Customer Service” buttons displayed in the lower part of the screen of the eligible ATM.
  • 2.Select Seven Bank.
  • 3.Confirm the terms and conditions, take a photo of your means of identification or have the ATM read the IC chip, and take a photo of your face, following the instructions displayed on the ATM screen.
  • 4.Enter your customer information (entry may not be required in some cases).
  • 5.Check the entry and apply.
