■Procedure for opening an account and issuing a cash card

  • (1)Scheduled date of sending a cash card with debit card service to you if you have made an online application for opening an account or reissuing a card via Direct Banking Service

  • The dates indicated in (1) and (2) above are the scheduled dates on which we will send a card to you if we have made no inquiries with you. Please note that we may change or postpone the date of sending if we make inquires with you.
  • It may take more time than usual for the card to be delivered to you due to transportation conditions. Please note that the date of sending the card may be subject to change depending on the type of card you apply for or the status of processing with our in-house procedure.
  • (3)Application for opening an account and reissuance of cash card by mail

With regard to applications for opening an account we receive during the period from Friday, April 28 to Monday, May 8, it may take about 3 weeks to complete the delivery in case of a cash card with debit card service or about 2 weeks in case of a cash card without debit card service.
If we receive requests for reissuing a card during the same period, it may take 2 to 3 weeks to complete the delivery in case of a cash card with debit card service or about 1 to 2 weeks in case of a cash card without debit card service.

■Mail sent from Seven Bank

Note that any "Notification of temporary PIN" postcard or other mail sent from Seven Bank between Friday, April 28 and Tuesday, May 2 may take between 1 and 2 weeks (after the customer's application is submitted) before it is delivered.
In addition, the customer can submit a request for reissuing a temporary PIN using Direct Banking Service.

■Mailing statements issued for May

Statements issued for May 2017 are scheduled to be mailed out on Friday, May 12.

■Reporting lost or stolen cash cards

Our Telephone Center is available 24 hours a day during Golden Week in the event that you need to report a lost or stolen Seven Bank cash card.
Furthermore, the customer can suspend the cash card by using Direct Banking Service.
